"The room was spacious and very comfortable.
There’s a Carrefour nearby where you can easily buy groceries.
The receptionist was super friendly, and I loved the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby.
The self-service laundry in the basement was also very convenient.
I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Brussels!"
"It was great. Staff was good room was superb clean. And comfortable. I would mention for Gwen she was so friendly. I would like to recommend this hotel."
"Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels"
"Pros:
The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night).
Cons:
The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel."
"It was a nice short stay
The staff are good and willing to assist
Was asked if I needed any assistance and were willing to assist as they gave free storage of my bags
Free shuttle from the airport…
Comfy bed and pillows
Clean and spacious rooms
Though rooms are far from the lifts like the room I stayed in 534"
"The room was very clean. There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but you can ask the front desk for a schedule. The potato pancakes for breakfast are good. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so you need to buy them at the small supermarket downstairs, which is a bit expensive."
"We only stayed for a night but it’s better than expected!! Room is clean and the beds are comfy. Except the sound of the plane is noisy since it’s near airport but generally a very good stay for the price paid. We had dinner at ibis hotel nearby and the pizza is good!"
"Manuel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When the room was incorrect he corrected it without any issues. His friendliness was very comforting. The hotel has great location and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended."
