"Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso . Precisa reforma para melhorar a estrutura ( prédio antigo) e troca de colchões por novos. Estavam realizando manutenção no corredor do andar que fiquei e o barulho atrapalha um pouco para quem precisa trabalhar no computador durante a hospedagem. No entanto , a condição deve ser transitória Excelente ducha, banheiro espaçoso , toalhas de banho e roupa de cama de excelente qualidade . Bom café da manhã e excelente receptividade . Fica no coração do Cambuí com comércio e bons restaurantes no entorno. Certeza voltarei !!"

"Limpeza deixou a desejar, achei garrafas de água embaixo da cama e resto de sabonete no box, o que apresenta falta de limpeza. Funcionários deixaram a desejar em simpatia, atendimento não foi bom. Café da manhã ok, nada demais. O hotel é lindo, e as camas são bem confortáveis. Gostei que deixaram o frigobar cheio, o que facilita."
