"O atendimento no café da manhã, o encerramento é as 10:00 e quando cheguei as 9:20 com um frio de 10° lá fora, as panelas estavam todas desligadas com as comidas frias. Vi uma das moças questionar a outra se ela não tinha desligado muito cedo, eu reclamei dizendo que ia relatar na avaliação o ocorrido ai a outra veio e acendeu tudo novamente. Más já estava tudo frio, gostoso más frio."

"Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!"
