"Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason."

"The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!"

"If you need to eat in the restaurant of this hotel be prepared for expensive and not good quality food . It was really disappointing. I arrived with 3 luggage, no one to help . If you are traveling with luggage think twice before stay in this hotel ."

"The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items."

"It has a convenient location, near the airport, although the transfer van missed me while I was waiting to board; this aspect of their service should be improved.other than that, it's a pretty good place for a short stay."

"Frankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not? The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast. Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you... But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there."

"It exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays."

"Super well located hotel, with a good gym, clean and a delicious breakfast, although not very varied. Points for improvement: quality of bed and bath linen (very fine towels and sheets)."

"The receptionist made a mistake with the reservation and made me pay again. They realized they were wrong and refunded my money, but there was a lot of bureaucracy involved in the refund. That bothered me a little because of their lack of information about the customer. They should have correctly asked for the names on the reservation so they wouldn't get confused. Thank you."
