Indigo House is a wonderful place to relax at Green Turtle Cay. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of room for the whole party to relax, unwind, get ready for the day, or wind down for the night.The covered back porch is perfect for sitting and watching boats come and go in White Sound. Our private pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sunshine. With an open floor plan, you're able to cook, entertain, and enjoy everyone's company the entire time. We have all brand new stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with beautiful porcelain countertops, a large deep sink, and packed with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything we could think of one might need if preparing a meal there. The house is cooled with 4 mini-splits that can be adjusted to individual preferences per bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the main part of the house for easy access for laundering. We offer a 70" flat screen TV in the living room and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. We have Starlink for internet. At full capacity, it works great. All the teens/kids/and adults were satisfied with the internet speed. A whole house generator is located on the property to offset any power outages. The house is located in White Sound just around the corner from the Bluff House. It comes with a private dock slip with water and 30/50 amp power just down the hill from the house. Coconut Cabana is a private waterfront home on White Sound, Green Turtle Cay in the Abaco Bahamas. You are renting the entire house with no on-site host to bother you but, an on-Island manager to assist with any needs you have. The private house is surrounded by a screened porch with seating and outdoor dining that overlooks beautiful White Sound adjacent to The Bluff House Yacht Club. As a private part of a resort, you have use of all the amenities of the resort with a pool side bar and restaurant, beach, beach bar, paddle ball - tennis, marina, etc.The designer decorated home has an open floor plan for easy entertaining inside or out with a fully equipped large country kitchen.
