"Breakfast has, you can choose, but you need to pay. You can make your own breakfast in the kitchen yourself. There is a big supermarket nearby. Behind the train station, to Montreal, or Quebec is very convenient."
"A king bed and a double sofa bed, the room is quiet, there is a coffee machine. The front desk is welcoming, there is a small warm water pool, suitable for children to play, there is a sports gym, free parking."
"I felt the cleanliness and the safety of the hotel was above and beyond for the current epidemic; I felt very safe. I also appreciated how the hotel accommodated my very late check-in since I was driving more then 8 hours to reach the destination. "
"This trip is considered to be the best value-for-money hotel, with new facilities, high-level rooms, and a comfortable stay. It is not inferior to other four or five-star hotels, but it is located in a small town and is a bit biased for tourism. It is actually a business accommodation Hotel, but it happened to be the way we passed by the itinerary, so staying for one night for a transition is very good"
"The room was large and clean. The service was a miss. Breakfast was as most places just a other mediocre experience. Apples and canned fruit cocktail were the only fruits offered. Coffee was brown water. No real service. Tables were dirty. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. "
"The room was immaculate and the comfort also very good.
The staff is courteous and always ready to serve us. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, the service was excellent and the food delicious.
We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.
N/B We go to Quebec regularly and used to stay at a nearby hotel to Sepia but now we will always book at Sepia what a difference between these two hotels."
"Because I had plans for the next day, I didn't book a hotel in the city. I'd stayed at a Best Western in the United States and found it quite good, so I booked this one. The room was clean, the amenities were excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations, especially the helpful directions to the parking lot in the old town. The breakfast was also excellent in quality, presentation, and service!"
"The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!"
"A few of our friends traveled to the United States from China. First of all, the location of this hotel is not bad. Then it is more convenient to park at the hotel. The location is good. We found it soon. Thanks for Ctrip's assistance."
