"Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel."

"I was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable."

"Great hotel, and the person at the front desk was super helpful. I lost my credit card somewhere at home, and when I called, they stated they could take a deposit from my debit card and reverse the transaction the next morning. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton."

"The hotel is located in downtown, and you can park for free in the underground parking lot. The hotel decoration is quite old, and there are few sockets in the room. There is only one socket except in the bathroom. The cleaning is average, and the pillows are high, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is a rare chain hotel that does not even provide bottled water."

"This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay."

"This is my second stay. There is a Walmart nearby, so life is quite convenient. The restaurant has been upgraded and is much better than before. It is cost-effective."

"The location is a bit biased, but behind is Datonghua, you can meet the Chinese stomach, not far from the market, you can fuel. The price is cost-effective, the stay is almost full, there is breakfast, and there is a swimming pool. Free parking. Not far from the south of the cloud, drive for six or seven minutes, like to cross the bridge rice noodle can go to eat. Get a little table, and eat it outdoors."
