"We had a solid experience at the hotel, having enjoyed the 24 hour gym, consistently friendly service, and large room packed with amenities such as a mini-fridge and a microwave. Thoughtful details like including hand sanitizers and sanitation wipes in the rooms and providing free bottles of water were unexpected and much appreciated. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful experience!"

"Check-in is very friendly. Children under 12 years old do not need an extra bed and receive extra breakfast. The room has a typical American design that is clean and simple. "The hotel is in Surrey and it takes about 30 minutes to drive out of Richmond (no traffic jams). The hotel has complete facilities. In addition, even during the COVID-19 period, a free and rich breakfast will be provided for you to bring your room food. I will only give four copies for my two children, which is worth staying again."
