Nice hotel, the location is a bit remote, suitable for self-driving tour, but the traffic is quite convenient. The restaurant downstairs is very good, especially recommended, Canadian local cuisine is very authentic, exquisite, affordable
Very well equipped and comfortable hotel in a quiet location that would be perfect for travellers passing through. Comfortable queen beds, lovely hot shower with great water pressure, coffee machine in foyer and a satisfying breakfast. All in all this is a great hotel, however this is based a long way from the city centre, at around a 30-40 minute Uber ride direct to old town or a 15 minute Uber and 15 minute ferry this is definitely not a destination for the tourist without vehicles who are intending to stay a few days. We were able to Uber into Old Town the first day, then ferried back to Levi’s and tried to book an Uber with no luck and had to walk the approximate 5 kms back to the hotel. The hotel would definitely benefit if offering a free daily shuttle to and from the ferry for their guests.
This trip is considered to be the best value-for-money hotel, with new facilities, high-level rooms, and a comfortable stay. It is not inferior to other four or five-star hotels, but it is located in a small town and is a bit biased for tourism. It is actually a business accommodation Hotel, but it happened to be the way we passed by the itinerary, so staying for one night for a transition is very good

A perfect place with Thai take out across the road, a bakery and cafe also close. We went for a run on a designated trail and then explored the Chaudiere Falls with exceptional walking trails all walking distance away. The staff were friendly and helpful after a long day of driving. Lots of ample parking and great hot breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.
Nice hotel, right off the highway, with free parking and free breakfast. Getting downtown took a bit longer than we bargained for - twenty to thirty minutes depending on traffic. There's a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket right across the road.
Arriving at Loulou's is like coming home. André greets us with his boisterous ”Bonjour,” and we are immediately into a lively conversation. We regularly stop at Loulou's to spend a day in Old Quebec: buskers, crêpes, the boardwalk... Charny itself is such a find example of an old Quebec village, just walking those streets is fun (or we go over to view the falls). I particularly like the enormity of the old church.

SSafari293302Stayed August 2024. Check-in and out was easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The high ceilings are very nice. Front desk lent us a block as there’s no usb port in the room. A very good breakfast with loads of variety served with a smile. We really wanted to swim. Hot tub was hot. Pool water was not moving and had gobs of hair and spit floating on top. Went to the desk for a chat and the next morning water was moving and clear and we could smell the chlorine so someone had attended to it. Too late for us so we were disappointed but hopefully the next guests enjoyed it.
It indicates renovated. The outside needs an entire makeover including removing an abundance of weeds! New carpet painted walls newer furniture and beds are the renovated items but the bathroom smelt strongly of urine even after I cleaned it myself with Lysol wipes. The toilet took about five minutes to fill with water, the shower curtain was dirty. Very damp in the unit. Price is too high for the room.
GGuest UserWe had an event in Quebec and the location of the hotel was perfect. Quality-price-report this hotel has responded well to our expectations. Breakfast with eggs, sauces and potatoes is really perfect.
I stayed for 3 nights in June 2023 in the single room with private bathroom at this dorm residence. Overall, it was a no-frills, unproblematic stay. The room was small but functional and surprisingly quiet for a place with student residents. The sheets could a bit cleaner though—there were strands of hair that I noticed when I arrived. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. The staff were also helpful and spoke adequate English. I arrived here at night and had no problems locating it using Google Maps. The surrounding area is peaceful but note that this is located in Sainte Foy which is a 25-minute drive to Old Quebec. You can catch a local bus to get to Old Quebec which would roughly take an hour. As luck would have it, the buses were on strike in the three nights that I stayed there so I had to rely on expensive Uber rides to get to downtown Quebec. Cons: There are no food establishments close to the area so I mostly used Ubereats for food deliveries. If you only have a few nights in Quebec, I would recommend that you shell out a few extra bucks and get an accommodation in the heart of the city.
