The hotel is located next to the 401 highway. I chose this one because I was going to the airport the next morning. There is free parking and breakfast is not included. The room is fully equipped: coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. The problem is that the drain pipe was blocked during the shower, and I quickly took a bath. The front desk staff were rude and it took 20 minutes to check in - it was pre paid and we were the only ppl there. They then wanted a $250 dollar deposit which is more than I have ever paid at ANY hotel. The shower was broken, overall disappointing

Beautiful hotel with huge hotel lobby. Fast and easy check in process. Friendly staff. Pool was huge with a water slide. Gym is very big and full of lots of equipment. Parking is not free.

This was a very clean, neat and tidy hotel . It was in the prefect location for us as it was situated approx 10mins from first arena and less than five for the second complex. It is central in Georgetown and all kinds of shopping and restaurants around it .
