"This is a new hotel so everything was new, the service was good, have good breakfast. The people working at the breakfast bar seems to try too hard on getting around guesses to be on top of the things there, but it would be nice if they could chilled off to let guesses help themselves and out of the way first. Front desk clerks are available if you have questions, but it would be nice if they could try a little smile sometimes. I am from the US and have been in the people business my whole life so I am big on being friendly and curtesy, doesn't matter how bad of the mood you are in, but I don't expect the foreigners to do that. I like the place so I leave a 5 stars."

"The rest of this hotel is quite satisfactory. The breakfast room is very special and it is arranged as a cafe. It is very unique and the first time I saw it. There are also many places to eat around, Quebec is a very casual place."
