I have been a loyal guest at the Staybridge for many years now, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. Everything about this hotel is top-notch, offering an upscale experience that never fails to satisfy. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The ambiance of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, making it feel like a home away from home. Special mention goes to the kitchen staff, particularly Aurora, Kim, and Varneet. These incredible women go above and beyond to ensure that each meal is a delightful experience. Their culinary skills are exceptional, and their warm, friendly service adds a personal touch that makes every guest feel special. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food is always superb, and the variety on offer caters to every palate. Staybridge Mansion has truly set a high bar for hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive housekeeping staff, every aspect of the stay is meticulously managed. It's evident that the team here takes immense pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. I look forward to my future stays at Staybridge Mansion, knowing that each visit will be just as wonderful as the last. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and truly satisfying hotel experience.
The parking lot is large and free, it is very suitable for self-driving tour. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, and there is a gas station at the door, which is more convenient. It takes less than half an hour to get to the subway Pioneer Village Station. The breakfast at the hotel is the same, and some changes are better.
Breakfast has always been the same, taste can be, mainly you can cook yourself, free parking, close to the subway station, Wal-Mart, IKEA, easy to go out and buy things.

We stayed here in September 2022 for a night while out in Vaughan and Toronto. Other than our room card not working the first time (and having to go back down to the reception to get it fixed), it was a good stay! Room (king bed) was huge, it included a separate whirlpool tub and sitting area with a sofa bed. You can easily fit 4 people with no issue. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with any noise from the highway. No complaints!
Was very disappointed with the temperature of the pool. We were really looking forward to swim with our baby who loves the water but literally could not swim with baby at all as it was way too cold! Another issue and I would say main issue we had was the temperature in the room which seemed could not have been fixed. We had our baby in the bedroom sleeping with door closed only to find that it felt like a fridge and baby was cold as ice! They couldn't seem to fix this issue- they did bring a heater but baby was already cold as ice... This was vey upsetting and uncomfortable that just for once night stay we had to deal with HVAC and have maintenance attendants come in and out of our room multiple times. The best experience at this property was Hassina and the Breakfast attendant staff. Hassina was so sweet and thoughtful to bring me a bowel of fruit because it was all gone when I came down for breakfast and especially travelling with a baby this was so appreciated and her thoughtfulness to offer if I needed or wanted anything she can bring me! This was the best part of the stay!! THANK YOU HASSINA! So overall, unfortunately our night was completely ruined dealing with HVAC and the pool was not useable both days I have to give 1 Star for our stay at this property.
I booked this hotel as it was very close to the place where I went for an interview, I found it to be really good and had very good amenities. Most importantly this place was close to a Walmart which helped big time so I travelled with less items. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Very nice, very quiet, can be extra bed, soundproofing is also very good, hot water is very fast, breakfast is good, lunch is ordered in the restaurant. There is a lively atmosphere next to it, suitable for business travelers. Bus and subway are very convenient, right next to the hotel, the hotel has its own parking lot
This is a Marriott property so there’s a certain standard that you could be rest assured you will have-there’s a bistro serving dinner fare from 5 to 10pm-breakfast is served 7-11am-there are a few computers where you can print out your boarding passes and go on the Internet. We had 2 Queens on the top floor -AC was strong -housekeeping was wonderful. Firass Ismail (Manager) really took care of us and Napoleon and the front staff were impeccable. Already planning to come back in Oct 2022. Thank you so much.
From the moment we checked in till the last day, this staff has been incredible. We are diamond members and travel extensively, this hotel has been a much welcomed break. Natalia took the best care of us. I can’t say enough about her service and attention. Very wonderful person. The food was excellent. Our complements to the chefs. Dinner was so awesome, made with love and that extra touch! we had to keep coming back. Breakfast was also superb and made with love. Great staff. Our stay was fabulous and very appreciated.

GGuest UserLoved the hotel in general stayed with my sister and my 2 yr old .Place was clean and modern. They however don't have microwave or coffee machine in any of the rooms .You have to use the one diwn at reception .This Was a challenge warming baby food and tired mum.I wish I had considered that before booking .They did have those mini fridge .
GGuest UserI am a IGH reward member and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we arrived late to hotel with 2 young children waiting to go straight to bed, we go up to our room to find that we only had 1 bed for 4 PEOPLE! Our reservation was booked for 2 beds and they did not even bother to tell us at the front desk when we checked in. Also, we had 0 towels in our room, not even wash clothes, so when we called to ask for more we were given 2 floor mat towels....for 4 of us. There were no no towels in the pool area either. At 1230 AM the people in the room right next to us decided to have a very LOUD party, we called security several times but they were not doing much about it until we begged them to knock louder and do something. I told all of my concerns to the girl at the front desk when I was checking out and she did not seem shocked at any of this. So I dont know if this is just a regular thing for them or what. She told me I can call the manager on Monday.
GGuest UserWe needed a room for the night before an early morning flight and chose the Novotel in Vaughan because we wanted to do some shopping at Vaughan Mills, and our on-site go-to choices were priced exorbitantly high this time. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel that is a cut above any YYZ hotel at which we've stayed. The room was modern and well appointed, and since we chose the Executive Room, it even came with bathrobes and slippers. After shopping at Vaughan Mills until closing, we returned to the hotel and ordered a delicious takeout room service dinner from the hotel's restaurant. We slept well, checked out early, and made the 15 minute drive to the airport. While it may seem farther out than the other airport hotel options, we would definitely consider staying here again due to the comfortable room, unexpected amenities, proximity to Vaughan Mills, and free overnight parking.
BB-JericaThe room is bigger than expected, with complete facilities and a kitchen (but no dining utensils). There is a Korean supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The 12th floor is the lobby for check-in, and you have to wait for the elevator to go up and down. There is breakfast, and the American breakfast is also quite complete. It is suitable for family stays. There is a gym.
HHAILANThis hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.
