"I booked the Avid hotel on a whim. Mainly due to proximity to Wonderland and also being a relatively new hotel! I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked in as the front desk staff person was very welcoming, polite and explained everything. The two days that I was there all hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly And kept the hotel very clean. It was nice to have different selection at breakfast for the hot food items. And I have to say the coffee machines that were available were absolutely awesome!
The King room that I had was a great size and the bathroom was quite large. It was nice to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub. And I honestly didn’t mind not having a closet and a dresser as it is not something that I use regularly in the hotel rooms. The TV had excellent channel selection."
"Check in was quick.. arrived in my room.. had to figure out how to use the TV (change channels , find channels, etc) NO instructions,, had to figure out how to fill & turn on jacuzzi ..again NO instructions,, ONLY food available was list in room of restaurant downstairs .. would have been nice to have a Telephone book where I could have found alternate food for delivery Other than that room was clean & amenities (shampoo. soap, coffee maker & supplies ) were great"
"Very nice, very quiet, can be extra bed, soundproofing is also very good, hot water is very fast, breakfast is good, lunch is ordered in the restaurant. There is a lively atmosphere next to it, suitable for business travelers. Bus and subway are very convenient, right next to the hotel, the hotel has its own parking lot"
"The hotel room is large and the staff is attentive, but the room attendant is negligent and takes away the towels without giving new ones! The facilities have been renovated and there is a self-service snack bar in the lobby! There is a large shopping mall opposite!"
"The location of the hotel is very good, the room is clean and well equipped, I will choose here next time I travel, the disadvantage is that the breakfast is unchanged.... The room type I live in includes breakfast, but the tip is given separately."
"It was a surprise to come to Staybridge Suites.
Location: Although far from the city center, the subway Pioneer Village stands out for 2.7 kilometers. There is a direct bus to the hotel entrance. In the evening, you can walk back to the hotel from the subway and enjoy the sunset all the way.
Room: Kitchenette, large refrigerator, microwave, two bags of popcorn, you can operate in the microwave.
Breakfast: 6:30-9:30. Right next to the front desk. Yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, fruit, milk."
"Location fine and excellent however the neighbourhood area is not that great as homeless and **** everywhere around ( I guess this is very common but was a shock to see around ). Good value and no issues . Stay was good"
"This was my second time at Spring Hill and loved it just like the first time. Hotel is in a prime location close to store and Vaughan Mills.
The only downside I saw was her on the walls in the bathroom."
"The parking lot is large and free, it is very suitable for self-driving tour. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, and there is a gas station at the door, which is more convenient. It takes less than half an hour to get to the subway Pioneer Village Station. The breakfast at the hotel is the same, and some changes are better."
