"Бронировала этот отель как наиболее близкий к месту проведения мероприятия. Заполнила форму саморегистрации заранее. Предупредила о раннем приезде, однако ответа не получила. Приехав, не нашла никого на рецепшн, табличка ”заселение после 16:00. Горничная разбудила администратора, но он не помог. Пришлось мне, пожилой даме, бродить на жаре 5 часов. В 16:00 пришел администратор и сказал, что он пытался отправить мне инструкцию по заселению, но ******* отклонила отправку. А я здесь причём? Поэтому ставлю 1 за работу ресепшн."
