The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served in a small breakfast room. I would book it again and again. free parking I would love to come back"

"The location is good with a few stops away from airport only. The room is large and clean. The breakfast choices are limited and it’s a bit overpriced. I would suggest to skip it if it’s not included in your hotel package. It has a 24 hour gym but it’s pretty small."

"It's a nice, modern, clean hotel with an original Swiss touch. It has become our go-to hotel near Zurich Airport. The public transportation connections to downtown Zurich are excellent as well since the hotel is close to the railway station. There is also a delicious on-site restaurant. The price-performance ratio is excellent."

"Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!"

"Very good location, just 10min walk to the airport. Many shopping and dining choices around. Room spacious and new, lobby area has a very fashionable modern feel. A little tricky to get there by taxi though, best to set Hyatt Regency as destination and then take a short walk to Hyatt Place"

"It takes about five minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel, which is very suitable for people who take early flights. The hotel's restaurant is more expensive, so we usually have dinner while walking around the city before returning to the hotel. Because it is close to the airport, it is also very convenient to take public transportation to the city."

The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and felt very safe to walk around. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to show me exactly where my room was. I honestly regret not booking this place from the beginning, especially after the nightmare hostel I stayed at before. This place is a total upgrade. Highly recommended!"
