"The good thing is that the hotel is near the airport and can be easily reached. Upon arriving you need a code, no staff all self service. There was no explanation and the capsules are high and low level. I was given high level one which was not easy with suitcases, not sure if there was somewhere to store them but as I saw no staff hard to tell. Also felt claustrophobic and in the end I left without staying."

"This is a very budget hotel the sink isn’t in the toilet outside and the toilet doesn’t have a door it’s all open , room was quite dusty too. The floor was hard, no carpet or rug it was all tiles. The only amenity you get is an all in one body, hand wash and shampoo. The location is hit and miss. Close to the airport but a bit out from the city. I don’t think I would stay here again. Not much around here."

"Information about late check-in was sent in advance by email. Everything was described very well. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was booked at short notice at reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served in a small breakfast room. I would book it again and again. free parking I would love to come back"

"Very good location. Cleanliness is good. But their exhaust in the bathroom is very less effective, bathroom doors are not close easily it's an sliding doors. If you are 2 people leaving makes it difficult and embarrassing while using the washroom"

"It's a nice, modern, clean hotel with an original Swiss touch. It has become our go-to hotel near Zurich Airport. The public transportation connections to downtown Zurich are excellent as well since the hotel is close to the railway station. There is also a delicious on-site restaurant. The price-performance ratio is excellent."

"The check-in process was very convenient. We simply entered the PIN provided by the website, and it automatically gave us the room number and password. The location is also great, just about a 20-minute walk from the airport."

"Very good location, just 10min walk to the airport. Many shopping and dining choices around. Room spacious and new, lobby area has a very fashionable modern feel. A little tricky to get there by taxi though, best to set Hyatt Regency as destination and then take a short walk to Hyatt Place"

"This room was absolutely amazing! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were thick and cozy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and felt very safe to walk around. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to show me exactly where my room was. I honestly regret not booking this place from the beginning, especially after the nightmare hostel I stayed at before. This place is a total upgrade. Highly recommended!"

"It takes about five minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel, which is very suitable for people who take early flights. The hotel's restaurant is more expensive, so we usually have dinner while walking around the city before returning to the hotel. Because it is close to the airport, it is also very convenient to take public transportation to the city."
