"This is a pretty new hotel near the airport so the room is quite clean and nice looking. There are several fast food restaurants and a couple supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. front desk staff are friendly. The only issue was my room’s hot water seems not working so it is a bit annoying that you hope to take a shower but have to withstand some very lukewarm water even though I turned the nob to the highest temperature setting. The front desk listened when I complained during checkout so hopefully they fix it for the next guest. Oh, this hotel has AC, pretty important to have during summer travel in Europe. I still recommend it believing the shower issue was just a single case."

"No coffee facilities in the room. No smoking in the room which is fine but was told I can smoke on the balcony so long as the door was shut. This was so convenient but had to downstairs to get a coffee which was inconvenient. The room was clean and ideal for an overnight catch up of sleep between flights. However the was an unironed crumpled up pillowcase in the bathroom on arrival"

"Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!"

"Excellent stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to the terminal. Facilities are very good, excellent insulation in the room, very quiet and new. Takeaway croissant and coffee in the morning. Would definitely go back."

"It takes about five minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel, which is very suitable for people who take early flights. The hotel's restaurant is more expensive, so we usually have dinner while walking around the city before returning to the hotel. Because it is close to the airport, it is also very convenient to take public transportation to the city."

"We requested for an early check in and the reception gave a room immediately. It saves us a lot of time to travel back and forth for the hotel check in process. The reception also kind enough to store our butter in their kitchen freezer without charges. Though the room is unexpectedly small, but was in good condition. It also has a room for guests to heat up their food, kettle, ironing board and laundry service that most hotel does not have."
