However, you can't expect much in terms of surrounding commercial facilities; there aren't even any supermarkets nearby at night, and food delivery takes quite a while. Overall, if these things aren't a priority for you, this hotel offers great value for money. Now, for the downsides I experienced. Firstly, the service: upon arrival, I didn't even get a 'hello.' There were two front desk staff members when we checked in; one was chatting with someone in a maintenance uniform, and the other was just watching them. We were the only ones checking in, and we stood at the front desk for about a minute. I finally had to ask if we could check in, and only then did the second front desk person, who had been watching the conversation, say yes and start processing our check-in. When we left, I handed over my room card and said thank you, but the front desk staff didn't react at all. Secondly, the facilities: soundproofing isn't great; I could hear people talking and even showering in the adjacent room. On the positive side, the restaurant service was excellent – a night and day difference compared to the front desk. The food was also very good, though there aren't many tables, so you might have to wait for a seat if you hit peak breakfast hours. Additionally, there's a lucky draw when you check in, with small gifts. While the items aren't high in value, it's a nice little surprise."
