新開的賓館，在察縣，距離伊犁有半個小時車程，不過勝在價格便宜，房間很大，衞生間也大，空調給力，性價比超級高，衞生做的很好，前台比較專業，在城邊，安靜。缺點就是吃飯得去青年街，還好開車過去5分鐘，很近，建議增加賓館食堂，另外一個就是門縫很大，隔音效果一般，建議把門縫處理一下。瑕不掩瑜，性價比這麼高的賓館，極力推薦！

真的是要誇一下，這個寶藏小店，院子乾淨整潔，房間也是清清爽爽，東西一應俱全。比酒店住的還舒服，傍晚坐在小院裏吹吹小風，看看星⭐，這就是嚮往的生活，而且叔叔阿姨人也非常好，在外面遊玩了20多天第一次有了歸家感，阿姨很漂亮，叔叔的知識非常淵博，還是個攝影大師，有有喜歡攝影的盆友可以跟叔叔交流交流😁，第二天阿姨還為我們準備了早飯，太親切了！！！

新疆旅行中途選擇此處，在預訂前就知此處離伊寧市區較遠，周圍就餐不便，故入住前吃過了晚飯。門口免費停車，車位有點緊張，保安師傅會指導安排。房間寬敞乾淨，天熱有空調，我們沒打開，電話諮詢前台小妹，電話裏指導我們自檢了一下，結果我沒檢查出來問題，就讓保安師傅來看看，這位保安師傅還全能呀，上來在總電門處找到問題並立刻處理好了（用户多跳閘了，我按上邊貼的開關對應設備檢查的，沒想到貼空調名字的開關對應的不是空調），問題解決涼爽安靜地好好休息了一晚。早餐雖簡單但很合我口味，一路烤肉吃下來，真想念這清粥小菜兒，花捲包子是手工現做的，好吃，不喜歡速凍那種。奶茶鹹的，老公愛喝，我更喜歡甜的。進入旅遊旺季酒店價格雖高了，服務能保證就很好了。

民宿在一片安靜美麗的小區內，出行和用餐也都方便。老闆和父親待客很周到，關注房客的需要，民宿內的設施也都很齊全。住的大床房很整齊舒適，有居家的氛圍，也酒店的私密，非常推薦。
