Service: When I checked in, I met a tour group. I couldn't come first. I pushed me away and handled the tour group first. The quality of the team was very poor. A tour group uncle came over and hit my daughter in a hurry. The quality was too low.
Environment: The next morning, the nearby pharmacies were very noisy. The big horns had been selling drugs that jumped the price. It is recommended to complain to 12369.
Hygienic: very clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a bottle of used water that has not been cleaned up, but I carefully observed that it should have been cleaned, and I didn't elaborate.
Facilities: The logo of the hotel on the shoe polish cloth will fade, and my white shoes will be black as soon as they are wiped. It is embarrassing. Fortunately, it is washed clean.

The hotel waiter really has nothing to say, full service! ! The security of the parking lot is not allowed to enter, and the head of the security department will immediately arrange for us to park. The Jinzun twin room has two breakfasts. We brought a child and sent a breakfast coupon at the front desk. The room WIFI can't be connected, the engineering department immediately sent someone to see (we didn't open it ourselves), my mobile phone was still in the laundry, and the waiter picked it up and handed it to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable!

The bed in the standard room feels a bit small. The most dissatisfied is that I also charged more than 30 yuan for parking fees for one night. When entering the hotel, the waiter also leaned against the wall to play with his mobile phone and ignored the guests. 我是自己開車從昆明下來的，因為個人有點小潔癖所以對酒店要求比較高，衞生是我考慮的第一位，對比了很多酒店最後定了這家，説實話衞生還算是挺乾淨的，寫這個好評是因為我的防曬霜帶漏了，我在餐廳説的時候前台聽到了，主動告訴我她們有備用的還拿來給我看牌子是否會過敏，很貼心雖然不是大事但是細節挺感動的，説下整體酒店情況吧位置很好找，可以免費停車，前台服務我很滿意，自助早餐品類也還可以，主要是衞生還不錯，給個五星吧👍🏻

The room is large, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are very new, especially the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, and it is quiet at night. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to eat and drink around. You can stroll around in the evening and participate in a bonfire party. It's also very close to the ancient town. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to soak in the outdoor hot spring this time. I will choose to stay here next time. Special thanks to the front desk staff who helped with introductions and luggage. They were very enthusiastic and thoughtful. It is highly recommended!
