"We travelled to DongXing as a family of 4 and stay at the best available hotel here. This is by far the best DongXing has to offer. The rooms is very spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time we had stayed at Ramada Plaza. The location is perfect for travel over to Vietnam as its only a couple of mins walk away. And a big plus as we're right by the main shopping area of DongXing. Lots of cuisines to choose from and fantastic value for money. Will be back sometime in the next couple of yrs with visa ready to cross over to Japan. A final note is the view from our rooms. Vietnam right on the other side."

"The room is at the elevator entrance, and the soundproofing is not very good. The children were woken up by the guests talking loudly at the door early in the morning. It is close to the port and convenient for taking buses and taxis. Next door is Huajie Chicken Noodles, which tastes very good! There is a Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Park nearby!"

The toilet in the windowless special offer room was terribly smelly, with a strong sewer odor that even air freshener couldn't alleviate. The air conditioner was pointed at the bed and dripped. After one night's sleep, both of us got sick."

It is commendable that the service is good, the environment is good, the facilities are good, the price is good. The cat waiter heard that the 4 of us had spent 4 days in Vietnam today, and we had to come back to Dongxing to stay late and take the high-speed rail back to Guangzhou at 7 am the next day. "The last-minute decision to go to Dongxing turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel was a bit further from the national gate scenic area than expected, but thankfully it was convenient to drive there. It was a surprisingly fun city!"

"The room facilities are quite standard, clean and hygienic. The most unbearable thing is that the TV in the room freezes a lot, basically once a minute for about 5 seconds. I was about to collapse after watching a movie. After communicating with the front desk, the attitude was very good. They changed our room the next day. I thought I could finally watch TV properly at night, but who would have thought that it was the same as the day before, and it kept freezing. I think it’s not the TV in a certain room that has a problem, but the network system of their entire hotel. I read a lot of reviews and I didn’t see any guests complaining about this. Don’t you watch TV when you stay? The maintenance staff went to the room twice, and later he said that the TV network was outsourced to another company and had nothing to do with them. He had no way to solve it. Speechless. Moreover, his breakfast is very average and there are not many varieties."
