This time I returned to my hometown and came to Tianyue Hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. The parking lot is convenient and the service is in place. The rooms have been newly renovated and upgraded. The air conditioner in the room has been turned on. The hot water is very easy to use. It is cost-effective. It is a good hotel in Fanxian. Recommended ～～

酒店位置，環境設施等各方面都還可以！單考慮這幾個方面，在範縣這樣的一個小縣城來説，算是很不錯的酒店了！但是本次入住的體感很不好，問題主要表現在噪音和早餐上：酒店的隔音很差，特別影響休息！一是酒店本身硬件隔音上的處理就很差，房間及樓層間的隔音效果很差。一點動靜都能清楚聽到，很是影響休息。二是，大晚上的入住客人半夜一直吵吵鬧鬧，動靜特別大，入住當晚根本無法安心休息。多次聯繫前台協調，依然無果！為了更好地服務於其他客人，建議對入住客人做相應的提醒，並打印張貼入住公約，提醒大家遵守規定。另一個問題就是早餐太差，太差，特別差！除了煮雞蛋能吃以外，其他沒見着任何能下筷的東西。未來如果不作出一些改變調整的話，還不如調整房價不提供早餐，這樣一呢方便吸引入住客人，二呢，還能促進當地餐飲消費！三呢，也避免早餐問題影響住店客人的體感評價。最後的話也很感激攜程客服的努力，並酒店方的誠意，對於本次入住的影響做出了該有的擔當！希望酒店方能重視這些個問題，不要覺得自己在一個小縣城裡就不想着改變和提升服務，得過且過，温水煮青蛙，最終害得是自己！願你們能及時作出調整和改變，以便更好地服務於未來的其他客人！
