"酒店位於新區，地上地下停車方便，房間大，但是硬件可以，新開，進房開窗透氣就好。 但是服務跟不上，以下客觀評價： 1.通過攜程預訂，到店後給證件，找不到預訂訊息。拿出攜程預訂記錄，人工錄入，手動價格。等了十多分鐘，總算辦理好。 2.一家人出行，定了兩間花園高級雙床房。客房分佈呈U型，前台工作人員給了10房和13房，上樓後發現，分佈在兩端，如圖。下樓和服務員解釋，有長者孩子，能否安排相鄰，或者同一側？工作人員先反問：入住的時候是否沒有特地説？出來了15天，第一次遇到這種問題。工作人員操作，繼續等待，給了房卡，結果發現衹是換樓層，還是兩頭，這個上一個毫無區別。可見工作人員對房間分佈並不熟悉。其實直接説：不能，或者提前告知，我們完全可以理解。 3.每個房間四小瓶礦泉水，冰箱還有兩瓶。因為位置在新區，飯店少，外賣送達1小時左右，決定泡麪。在樓下大堂買了泡麪，電話前台要四瓶礦泉水。工作人員聽到要水後，反問：冰箱還有兩瓶水，您是否看到？回答：看到了，需要泡麪。住了這麼多年賓館，第一次要礦泉水還需要解釋。 4.先和長者在一間房，吃完飯和孩子到第二間房，進房發現，冰箱衹有一瓶水，鞋盒並未推進去，這個難道不是每個房間統一的？兩個房間一對比就有了。 以上均為事實，也有圖片為證。從來沒給過差評，這次必須給了，硬件行，軟件差太大，對不起這個牌子和價格。工作人員説是因為交接班，還説是因為國外工作系統。個人認為這些都不能作為理由，因為以上兩種情況是常態，常態問題都這樣，突發問題更應對不來。"
