"房間寬敞明亮，設施完善齊全！地毯有些污漬，衞生間洗手盆和馬桶都沒有清理！前台接待人員服務態度很好，也給免費升級了房間，就是客房打掃衞生的保潔服務態度真的不敢恭維，因為入住當晚隔壁房間有舉辦婚禮，應該是過來接親的，凌晨四點多鬧到五點多了，基本上吵的沒有睡覺。酒店原本是規定十二點前退房，但我在平台上已經買了權益券延遲到兩點退房，也給前台打電話説好了因為隔壁房間晚上吵鬧的原因要延遲到兩點半後退房。但不知道酒店前台與客房沒有溝通還是什麼原因，打掃衞生的阿姨從十二點半就開始一個勁的催我退房，我説我跟前台已經打電話説好了要兩點半退房，她説她不知道讓我趕緊退房，説已經超時了！原本晚上被吵的就沒怎麼睡，想着早上好好睡一會，卻又被打掃衞生的一個勁的敲門催我退房，原本覺得酒店的暖氣也挺熱，房間住着也挺舒服，可是保潔阿姨的一頓神操作，讓我頓時失望透頂，能有什麼理由讓我説入住愉快，住的舒服呢？讓我給酒店給好評還是差評呢？我表示很遺憾也很鬱悶……"

"This is a really good hotel in Tongre. My room was super spacious with a big bathroom. Very clean and confortable, with a great attention to detail. They even had a bottle of wine with two proper wine glasses in the room, which I found a nice detail (even if I didn't drink it! :) The only negative is the breakfast, which didn't have many options for westerners, but that's normal I would say as they don't get many westerners."
