The soundproofing of the room is very poor, the next door is normal, and I can hear it clearly, let alone snoring and TV sound. The soundproofing effect is not good. The night shift receptionist at the front desk has a very poor working attitude and a serious lack of professionalism. The room is poorly soundproofed. The next door snored to follow up the donkey ring. The night shift at the front desk didn’t care. I said that I couldn’t sleep on the sofa on the first floor. I complained directly to the hotel manager at three o’clock in the middle of the night. The next day, the person in charge of the room was arranged to adjust the room.
