"我在定這家民宿之前是做了大量功課的，他們在鳳堰梯田還有一家，比這間貴了約40%5/1期間結束在安康的行程，準備在漢陰感受一下田野民宿風情。由於家人膝蓋受傷，梯田的民宿略微廢腳，因此首先定了朱䴉的家，打算修整體驗後，決定是否去鳳堰梯田這家。具體情況如下：1。沒有管家/客服聯繫幾點抵達（與過往評價不符）我們一行抵達後，不確定是否有人，房子外面唯一的路是一段非鋪裝石子路，因此打給客服，客服（或老闆娘）表示自己目前不在店裡，我表示理解因為5/1高峯已過，休息一下也很正常，但需要工作人員幫忙拿一下行李（因為行李較多有長輩隨行）另提出該要求也是因為她家的評價上大部分都説明瞭管家如何nice會提前溝通喜好會等待客人抵達會幫忙客人拿行李）等待3-5分鐘後，一位大廚出來幫忙，一位大爺出來迎接。2。該大爺協助辦理入住登記，期間一直吸煙（可能對於吸煙人士能夠接受，但我認為一間評價這麼好且收費堪比萬豪系酒店的民宿至少可以做到室內無煙吧？更何況還是自己的工作人員）3。抵達民宿為下午三點多，房間還未清潔好，等待一會後，我們在大廚協助下拿了行李去房間，同時跟打掃的阿姨詢問是否有驅蚊液，對方説有蚊香，我們説也可以。畢竟在田野裏，而且現在安康市及其郊縣已有大量蚊蟲，應該不是過分的要求，後來我下樓，家人告知我，打掃的阿姨找大爺索要蚊香，對方一開始並不願意給，最後才拿了一條出來。我的家人非常不解，為何這樣的住宿費用，連蚊香也捨不得給，我安慰後出門，迎面碰到大爺，全然沒有了剛剛的熱情，我隨詢問，為何遲遲不肯給我們拿蚊香，大爺含糊不清，我以為對方是工作人員，隨説，那這樣我要跟你們老闆説一聲，沒有理由老闆辛苦打造出來的民宿品牌，因為員工個人原因造成負面印象，大爺憤怒的説，你打吧，隨便你打！4。後續老闆娘加了我的微信，告知我房間密碼等訊息。因為我們進房間時，房子還未打掃好，因此沒有看到瓶裝水。所以我在微信裏詢問，是否有瓶裝水，她回覆有，一人一瓶。這也有點意外，但我沒有表示不滿（我們在敦煌沙鳴山附近住的價格僅一半的民宿，瓶裝水，杏仁茶，水果，黃瓜是隨便吃的，沒有限制）老闆見我未回覆，又補充説，讓阿姨又拿了幾瓶，我連忙道謝，結果回放看到了5瓶水，大約是普通礦泉水2/3大小。按下不表。5。第二天早晨吃早餐，大爺又在大廳裏抽煙，煙霧繚繞，最後就是客人在吃飯，他在大堂中央坐着抽煙。然後他告知我其中一位家人説今天有蠶豆，是昨天剛剛採摘的。我倒是不太清楚安康市漢陰縣的農作物裏是否有蠶豆這個品種，不過吃起來倒不像是新摘的口感。總的來説，感覺如果不必要似乎不需要可以強調早餐不收錢，蠶豆是昨天剛摘的這樣的話。6。下面有幾幅圖是我住的房間的浴室的情況。不知道浴室門壞了多久，還沒有修理，一邊的玻璃門隨時可能脱落造成嚴重的安全隱患。因為之前的體驗已經非常不好，因為並未給老闆等人提出。也不知道他們什麼時候能發現修理。7。由於各種體驗不是很好，雖然環境不錯。但也徹底打消了去鳳堰梯田住宿一晚的想法，第二天離開，直接去了石泉。8。第二天離店時，整個民宿除了個別阿姨在，似乎是沒有人的，我們請一位阿姨協助拿了行李，下到一樓時，發現那個大爺（後被人告知是投資人之一）也在，在詢問阿姨一個已離店的客人的事情，但並未對我們離開有任何言語，比如再見之類的最基本的開店客人離店的基本問候。給我的感覺就是，你來住，錢花了就好，不期待回頭客，離店的時候就跟不認識一樣。也是一次別緻的民宿體驗。我個人是不會再光顧這家民宿的任何一間其他地點的民宿了，經驗分享出來，各位看客自行判斷。"
