"Nice Hot Spring Hotel is a really great place located in Huailai. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and comfort. The lobby is very beautifully decorated and full of artistic flavor. The hotel's hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are many different pools to choose from, with different temperatures. The main reason is that there are few people and it basically feels like a private bath. The service at the hotel is also great. The staff are very friendly and professional and always catered to my needs. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nice Hotel & Spa. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury and comfort."

"This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I feel it's really gone downhill this time. **Service:** I booked a quad room, and having stayed here before in similar rooms, I've always received water park tickets and breakfast for four. So, I didn't bother checking the details this time. To my shock, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that only breakfast for two was included! I was absolutely fuming! When I brought this issue up with the front desk, the 'lady' there simply repeated, 'It only includes breakfast for two,' then rolled her eyes at me, and buried her head in her computer. She completely ignored everything else I said! I came here with my elderly parents and children during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday – was it to be treated like this? Whether or not my request could be fulfilled is one thing, but that attitude is completely unacceptable! I later found out that each room only includes breakfast for two, regardless of how many people are staying in it. It's just 'hotel policy'! I've stayed in countless hotels, and I've never encountered such an outrageous policy! Even after Ctrip tried to mediate, it was to no avail. I still had to pay extra for breakfast for the other two people! The hotel's greed is truly disgusting; you are in the service industry! Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in and resolved the issue for me. Ironically, the restaurant service this year was much better than before; plates and trash on the tables were cleared away very promptly. Room service was also very quick, and staff members were ready to guide and help with luggage as soon as we arrived in the lobby. These aspects were all excellent. However, the front desk, which should represent the hotel's image, was utterly dismissive and truly terrible! **Facilities:** The lawn and rooms were decent, not much different from previous visits. The bathroom drainage in the room was a bit slow, and the door's weatherstripping was damaged, but these didn't significantly impact our stay. The shower water wasn't particularly hot. Before, the water was very hot, making for a wonderfully comfortable shower. Now, it's just lukewarm, not cold, but certainly not hot. The mattresses on the bunk beds were incredibly hard, leaving me with a sore back after one night. What's most baffling is that the hotel's best feature, the water park, was under maintenance during a major holiday – something I've never encountered before. Moreover, the water temperature in the water park was colder than before; my child kept sneezing and had to come out after just half an hour. The water quality in the water park was also noticeably cloudier than before, as shown in Picture 1. In summary, I will not be returning to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. It simply doesn't justify its price tag of over 2000 yuan per night."
