"The Hotel has a perfect location for visiting the mountains. The rooms are very high quality. There are even intelligent toilets and a rain shower. Some of the windows are bloocked by other roofs. The view towards mountains on the rooftop is amazing though. Almost 360 degrees. The Kitchen is open during the whole day and the food is fresh and delicious providing authentic quisine. Especially the staff deserves praise for their hospitality. They offered to drive us everyqhere we needed to go on our 2 day trip and gave us gloves for our climbing trip. All of that for free without us asking. Price is very fair too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!"

"The hotel is right next to the visitor center, which is incredibly convenient. You can park directly in the visitor center's parking lot. Downstairs from the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, which is very handy. The service attitude was good, and the room was decent; it matched the price point. Breakfast was the kind that fills you up, so it was okay. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the station, which is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the hotel offers free parking, and we registered our license plate with them. However, when we tried to exit the parking lot, the hotel staff hadn't entered the information, so we had to call the hotel from the toll booth to get it recorded before the barrier lifted. This held up the cars behind us for a while, and I hope they improve this. Oh, and Mount Hua is absolutely beautiful!"

"This B&B experience was absolutely perfect! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and stylish decor. The room was exquisitely appointed, with thoughtful attention to detail. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, even for someone as particular about their bed, I had a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and bathroom spotless, making my stay incredibly reassuring. The host was incredibly attentive, efficient at checking in, and responsive to any requests. It felt like home. The B&B is in a prime location, close to attractions and restaurants. They also offer shuttle service. For such quality at this price, the value is incredible! I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!"

"Quiet and well equipped room with a very beautiful view. Not too hard matresses, we slept very well. Free laundry. Very nice owners family, service is wonderful. The daughter was learning English. I suggest she keeps doing so as this would be a massive competitive advantage. Great free shuttle service. Good food. The only remark I would make, as I already told them, is to build a door to separate the smokers quarters from the non-smoking bedrooms, as the smell is very annoying notably for foreign visitors. However, giving 10 as we would come back for sure!"

"After climbing Mount Hua, I stayed at this hotel. **Environment:** Located on Huayue Avenue, the main road in Huayin. It's conveniently located, just a few blocks south to get on the highway. It's also not far from Xiyue Temple. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. **Facilities:** Novotel is positioned as a high-end four-star hotel. The rooms here are very spacious, though the decor is a bit dated. The bathroom is long and looks big, but it doesn't have a bathtub – something to consider for the next renovation. The soundproofing is excellent; despite being next to a main road, you can't hear a sound with the windows closed. The lighting is a bit dim, and the bedside power outlet was broken. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed is acceptable. There's ample parking both above ground and in the basement. The laundry room has a limited number of washing machines and dryers. The gym is well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** It's quite clean, but with older places, you always find a bit of discoloration in the nooks and crannies. **Service:** The staff are enthusiastic, responsive, and provide excellent service. They even help guests with laundry and drying."

"Stayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app."

"The location is very good. It is 1.7 kilometers away from Huashan. You can see the whole Huashan from the door. Parking is convenient. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. There are many breakfast styles, but they are very average."

The service was absolutely fantastic; the entire team went above and beyond to make sure our family had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights was the great recommendation for a local restaurant we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. The food was delicious and gave us a real taste of the region. "Absolutely fantastic service, great rooms and beds, super friendly front desk. They helped us buy tickets to Huashan late at night, and provides shuttle service to the location and back. They gave us free tea and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we climbed the mountain. Super Recommend!!"
