"Huishilou Hotel, four stars and four diamonds, but the facilities are aging and the maintenance is not timely, the management is not scientific  is not standard and inflexible, and the customer service is very general! We stayed at the hotel around 4:00 pm and arranged for me to get the first room bathroom to be blocked, resulting in leaking shower room, large water in the bathroom, the staff could not repair it, and after repeated negotiations, I changed to the next room, but this room phone malfunctioned, the staff could not repair it again, It took a long time. We were hungry, tired and cold. We changed to a room opposite. At this time, it was around 6:00 pm. We couldn't stay normally for about two hours. It was cold, hungry and in a bad mood. In short, the stay experience was too bad! This should not be the case of a four-star hotel! Good place: breakfast variety, speciality, good quality!  Summary: This hotel is old, backward, can not keep pace with the times, can not scientifically manage, not good at thinking for customers, do not pay attention to customer experience,  is too far from the same star hotel in the same industry!"

"這次入住這家酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！首先位置真的沒得挑，就在市中心核心商圈附近，出門步行5分鐘不管是去熱門景點還是逛商場、吃美食都超級方便。我們晚上逛完街回來，沿途路燈明亮，周邊環境也很安全，完全不用擔心晚歸的問題。 房間更是讓人驚喜，一進門就感覺特別清爽整潔，連角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點灰塵。床品摸起來柔軟又親膚，床墊軟硬適中，我這種睡眠淺的人居然一夜無夢睡到天亮，第二天起來渾身都輕鬆。最讓我滿意的是隔音效果，雖然酒店在熱鬧地段，但關上門後基本聽不到外界的噪音，晚上安安靜靜的，完全不影響休息。房間裏的設施也很齊全，空調製熱製冷都很快，熱水供應充足且水温穩定，電視畫質清晰 服務方面更是沒得話説，從前台到客房阿姨都特別貼心。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐笑容滿面，動作麻利，很快就完成了手續，客房阿姨每天打掃房間都很細緻，不僅會把物品擺放整齊，還會悄悄幫我們換掉濕掉的拖鞋，床頭櫃上的礦泉水喝完了也會及時補滿，細節處滿滿都是用心. 整體住下來感覺性價比超高，無論是位置、環境、設施還是服務都挑不出毛病。這絕對是我近期住過最滿意的酒店之一，已經把它加入我的“回購清單”了，下次來這座城市一定還選這裏，也已經瘋狂推薦給身邊計劃出行的朋友啦，真心值得！"
