When I checked out, my friend's mobile phone fell, and we were notified in a timely manner. This was a compliment! Also, we checked in after two o'clock normally and told me that there was a room that had not been cleaned yet... Management should be improved!

必須給個五星好評👍👍👍臨時開個鐘點房，真沒想過羅定有那麼好的酒店服務，前台非常耐心熱情，還加了兩瓶水👍 房間很新，很乾凈，一進門還幫我們把窗簾拉上了，枱燈亮着很舒服，窗外正對羅定石牛山，這景色無的説啦👍 洗了個熱水澡睡了一覺，必須為床墊點贊，和五星級酒店一樣的舒服，被子也很舒服。 臨走前忘了充電線，前台值班小姐姐馬上打電話給我回去取回👍這服務很細心。 下次有時間好好帶上家人去度假，還是很值得去的，看到裏面很多玩的。

原本是想訂對面那家酒店的，去到前台那服務員拽上天了，立馬掉頭到寶芝夢酒店，那服務根本不是一個檔次，每個服務都很好笑容，一進門就讓人感覺很親切，訂的親子房，房間很乾凈整潔，服務員一聽我孩子有鼻炎立馬又安排幫忙再次吸塵，在羅定有這樣的服務意識真的要給個大大的👍👍👍傍晚下樓出去吃飯下着大雨，服務員趕緊送來雨傘，看得出來酒店對於服務管理是非常重視的，我本人挺挑剔的，但這裏挑不出毛病，可惜這次太匆忙，才住了一晚，下次有機會回來一定再次選擇這裏
