"The room was spacious, and there was a shuttle bus to and from the astronomical town. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. However, there were few evening astronomical activities, and there was only one telescope without a finder. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lady who provided the shuttle was very helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel recently and was really impressed. The rooms are spotless, modern, and well-designed, with all the latest AI facilities — from voice-controlled lighting to smart room features that make everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. Madam Liu, the lady boss, is an incredibly kind and welcoming person. We shared tea and had a lovely chat — something you don’t often experience in most hotels these days. It’s not just a comfortable place to stay, but one that feels genuinely personal and thoughtful. "I didn't expect to have such a good hotel in the highway service area. It also happened to be a promotion for Guizhou tourism, so the price-performance ratio was very high. The room is right next to the bridge, and you can watch the sunset and the bridge from the balcony. What is particularly thoughtful is that each floor has an independent viewing platform. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. It was a great stay experience and I will come again if I have the chance."

"The sanitation is pretty good, very clean, the parking lot is also very large, there is a pedestrian street downstairs with a lot of food, but every time you park and leave, you have to go to the front desk to register, which is a bit troublesome. Once we went to register, but the reception was too busy to enter it in time, resulting in us being charged parking fees when we left, which was a bit annoying."

"The basic conditions of the hotel are clean and hygienic. The room layout is atmospheric and the technology factors are full. I don’t want to move when I lie on the bed. It saves trouble when I turn on the lights and turn on the TV. The air conditioner is also very smart. It is always hot and very comfortable. Overall, the store service is in place. It is super convenient to go to the Tianyan Scenic Area, surrounded by food, rich dining, and you can feel the local extremely simple folk customs here. It is a scenic hotel worth recommending to stay in the wall crack!"

"We chose this hotel because of the location. The owner was very kind. She even offered us late check-out if we needed more time visiting Tianyan. We had dinner at their restaurant as well. We ordered a fish and tofu pot and because we had only 2 people, they chose a smaller live fish to cook so that we could finish the dish. They accordingly adjusted the price which we appreciate a lot. The meal was great. Even though they do not serve breakfast, you can find a place for that just a few steps away. Tianyan is amazing."
