"Checked in on May 1st. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager came to greet me warmly. It felt great. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very warm and thoughtful. He took the initiative to call us at noon to say that our room had been cleaned and we could check in. Thank you very much! I would like to express my gratitude for his service. He helped us arrange it very well and made us spend a pleasant holiday. The hotel meals are delicious! The service is first-class! In the afternoon, there is also homemade ice cream for sale at the hotel, 8 yuan each, and the vanilla one is so delicious. Overall, the hotel is not big, but warm and beautiful."

"The breakfast room is the same as the Hilton next door, but the room rate is much cheaper. The room is clean, parking is free, and the price is high. Pujiang Haile City is not far away, which is convenient for eating, drinking and playing. For outdoor sports, it takes more than 20 minutes to drive to Yunzhang Rock for mountaineering."

"It was unexpectedly good. I am a mysophobic person. It was my first time to come to Pujiang for a business trip. I made a reservation when I saw that it was newly opened this year. Secondly, the room was very clean, including every corner. The environment is also very good, with complete facilities. "This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

"挺好，有下午茶和夜宵，下午茶就是水果這種，夜宵就是紅豆桂圓百合粥🌝🌝，省了夜宵錢。 一樓大廳有自助免費飲料，咖啡機，對於每日兩杯咖啡的人來説很友好。 早餐夠吃，有油條，豆腐乳就更好，適合我這種上海人口味。房間冰箱有額外兩瓶冰鎮農夫山泉和可樂，適合愛冰飲的人，每層電梯口也有礦泉水可自取。房間是小度智能可以語音控制。房間電視機是小米，有會員，適合小朋友看動畫片消磨時間。訂的房間有陽台可以曬太陽和吸煙，不影響小朋友，挺好。"

Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"
