"This was my first time in Ruian, and since it was a business trip, I mainly looked for hotels close to the branch office. The branch recommended this one. Although I was told the hotel was older and the facilities were a bit dated, I figured a new hotel wouldn't have formaldehyde fumes, and considering it's been around for a while, its reputation must be good. So, I chose it, and honestly, I made the right decision. Whether it was the location, the surrounding environment, or the facilities, I felt the overall value for money was excellent. The breakfast was very generous, featuring local specialties like fish porridge and soup dumplings, and the toilet in the bathroom was even smart. You could tell the room's facilities had seen better days, but the overall maintenance was still good, even if some areas weren't quite perfect. If I had to pick a downside, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi signal – it was poor and even disconnected at times. I'd suggest they improve that. What impressed me the most was the free charging cable and plug provided; that was truly convenient for people like me. I highly recommend staying here."

The station is very close across from us, and the front desk speaks good English. Check in is fast, and breakfast is delicious. Everyone can come and check in too"

"My stay at Sorl Bund Hotel in Rui’an, Wenzhou was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team, including the housekeeping staff, was incredibly well-mannered and helpful — and in a rare display of genuine hospitality, they didn’t accept any tips, which truly reflects their integrity and service culture. The rooms are spacious at 40 sqm, offering plenty of comfort and a lovely view from the window. It’s also conveniently located with a McDonald’s right next door, which came in handy for quick meals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rui’an. Clean, courteous, and convenient — I gladly give them 5 stars"

"I originally went there because it was the newest hotel nearby, but when I got there, I found it wasn't very good either. The room had poor soundproofing. People or deliverymen passing by at night made a loud noise. The air conditioner started and stopped frequently, which was also very noisy. I don't know why the toilet paper wasn't provided with rolls. They only had paper towels, and they were loose and thin, easily torn. The feeling was terrible! Breakfast was said to be until 10 o'clock, but when I went there at 9 o'clock, there was nothing left. The waiter repeatedly emphasized that there was no more, and asked, ”What can you do to me?” Speechless! This is the worst business trip experience ever!"

"As family rooms were unavailable, we booked a twin room instead. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, a rarity for an economy hotel. The hotel's front desk staff were also exceptionally friendly. The restaurant offered a rich variety of food, and most dishes were delicious, with the exception of the sausages and bacon. The 'Tang-style' welcome tea service during check-in was a lovely touch. The hotel is conveniently located just two to three hundred meters from the high-speed train station, making it a very short and easy walk. My only 'cons' are that I was quite surprised to find an ashtray in the room, though I suppose this might be a local custom. Upon entering, there was a faint, lingering smell of smoke. While the room felt very clean, the scent seemed to have deeply permeated the space. My family barely noticed it, so perhaps I'm just more sensitive. Secondly, the toilet seat wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, so I ended up wiping it down with an alcohol wipe myself. Despite these minor points, all the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall stay was still very pleasant. It's an excellent choice for anyone traveling by train."

"Ruili Hotel has a central location and the rooms are fine. The room rates are reasonable and their breakfast is quite good. We have stayed at Ruili Hotel for many years and we plan to continue staying at Ruili Hotel."

"The price-performance ratio is quite high. If you don't care about the service, you can choose it. I personally think the service is not very good. How can I put it! The staff are indifferent when you enter. The staff's state is not positive. The decoration of the hotel is OK. It is not particularly old. The toilet and shower are actually separated. I like this very much. There is a blue light in a small box on the side of the TV. It is placed next to the TV. It is easy to affect my eyes when I sleep. It is better to remove the light. One good thing is that breakfast is included. Although there is not much breakfast, it is still OK to get up and eat breakfast to fill my stomach!"
