The room is clean and quiet, close to the highway exit, convenient. The front desk of the hotel recommends Sansui Food Sansui Plasma Duck 🦆, delicious, said to be the top four in the country, well-deserved.

服務性蠻強的，非常滿意。辦理入住手續非常快，工作人員非常友好親切，提醒了無線密碼還送了銀耳蓮子羹！房間很乾凈，對我來説，相當大且舒適。房間裏的日用品不夠還可以加送還多一次性馬桶墊拖鞋等來説非常好非常衞生。到目前為止，房間的隔音還不錯，環境不錯，樓層基本都能看到綠植，附近樹木綠化挺好看。然後我喜歡提供的早餐，有很多選擇。在長沙的一切對我來説都很完美。推薦！

I came to Sansui for a business trip and arrived at Sansui late. I chose this hotel in a hotel near the high-speed rail station. The sanitation is very good, the price is high, the service attitude is average, the front desk is not very communication, and it is more trouble-free.

There are welcome fruits, the surrounding environment is good, the room is large, the bathroom supplies are of good quality, and the bed is relatively comfortable. The sound is good. Climb the stairs to the fifth floor.
But the big problem is that the air conditioner actually leaked, which made my clothes wet. It was also very loud. It leaked all night. I told the front desk that night. There was nothing the front desk could do. They could only wait until I checked out the next day and call. Repairmen 😂 (I was told that the temperature must be turned up to 20 degrees, but I endured the cold and lowered the temperature, but it still didn’t work)

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are the same as the pictures, but the room smells particularly heavy, there is no smoke-free room type, and it is always coughing inside. The bathroom is not convenient to take a bath without dry and wet separation. The bedding is also hard. It is good to play games for gatherings and not suitable for living. The dense sound insulation of the room type is relatively poor. The price is moderate, and the conditions are not bad in a small place.

Then there is an ozone disinfection machine in the room without safety signs and instructions. The idea is good, but customers who don't understand are prone to safety accidents.
