設施：夏天空調挺足的，房間插座也挺多的，房間裏面的設施保存的也挺不錯的 衞生：衞生挺好的，阿姨們做衞生也挺負責的，不管是衞生間也好，還是床鋪也好，都做的比較好 環境：鑫宏附近就有家很多威遠人喜歡來吃的麪館，又離中心街很近，吃的也比較多，雖然説現在萬達開業了，但是很多人還是會選擇來住鑫宏，因為這邊的吃的，交通都比較方便 服務：前台人員就是酒店的一個枱麪，她們的態度就決定了酒店服務的一切，前台的美女們的態度是可以的，客房的阿姨們的態度是可以的，沒什麼可挑剔的，她們服務的態度是絕對對得起你付出的這個價格 客人自述：這段時間是流感高峯期，本人感冒了，胃口不怎麼好，已經幾天沒有吃過米飯了，今天來入住的時候，突然之間聞到他們的員工餐，真的很香，然後自己也想吃，但是無法開口，就去樓下點了一碗麪，結果沒吃兩口，因為胃口不好，然後回來的時候就像酒店的人員提出了，聞到那個香味，然後她們二話沒有説，問我是不是想吃，我也一口説出來，是想吃，他們就跟我打了一份飯，有的時候酒店的人情冷暖，讓人真的很暖（這是我時隔幾年吃的第二份她們的員工餐）
