特別表揚的前台2號上早班的高高的個、微胖型的小姐姐，客服工作做的很好，雖説是四星級酒店，她的言、行、舉、動、以本人的驗是經過培訓過的合格員工，3號夜班的前台工作人員，還需加強哦，客人來了，最起碼的禮儀禮節都沒做到，坐着不動，辦完手續後，房卡直接放在枱麪，人坐着也不起身，有點像領導跟員工辦事一樣。
