The glass partition between the shower area and the toilet area leaks seriously. After taking a bath, all the accumulated water flows to the toilet area. The hotel environment is very good. But the details of the room are not hygienic enough, the deep cleaning after the renovation is not in place, and the floor gaps are all white paint. The hotel's service is also difficult to say. It is inconvenient to enter and exit the taxi and the hotel shuttle bus. Checking in on the 16th is a very good experience. The hotel is on a hill in the Dangkou Garden of Xuzhou, and is very close to Xuzhou East Railway Station! When I checked in, the front desk supervisor saw me with two elderly people and took the initiative to help me upgrade to a family room. The breakfast is also very chic and novel! I think this should be the best hotel to stay the day before leaving Xuzhou.

NNontobekoI enjoyed my stay. The front desk service was very good. They treated me very well and explained everything. The pool was opened to my surprise, but when I enquired before booking I was told the pool is closed due to the pandemic, which didn't make sense because a negative nucleic acid test was required.
Breakfast was not so good this time around. I suggest they go back to a buffet set up in order to accommodate us foreigners who can't read the menu.

The facility is spotless with a very nice rooftop breakfast/cafe that is very well set up in which you actually enjoy lounging in. Perfect for small groups of friends or families. FFinleys_China_adventuresLast minute booking after my train was cancelled. Easy to walk to and from the east train station. Very comfortable rooms but signs to the elevator are lacking so ask the staff where to go once you’re checked in. Lots of little places to eat and convenience stores nearby which makes a short stay quite comfortable. The downtown area is about 35 minutes away by car. Wanda mall is about 20 minutes by car and Ikea is somewhere in between. Enjoy!

CCAN in CNThe hotel's location is great as it is between 3 local districts. It is close to downtown Xuzhou and Wanda Mall. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, making it a great location for families with young children.
The manager is wonderful while some of the staff are clueless about basic interactions. For example, the receptionist called my wife to warm her of my arrival because I am not Asian or Caucasian, as a result suspicious.
