為避開五一小長假人多，特意選擇了該酒店入住五天休息，所以，沒有太高的期望值，入住後發現接觸最多的是客房服務員，她工作很認真，負責，願意與我們進行溝通，交流，隨時通知她都放下手中的工作為我們優先打掃房間；餐廳服務員也很好相處，吃了五天早餐和幾個晚餐，儘管有些菜不太適合我們的口味，但服務很熱情。酒店位置很好，旁邊就是湖。

多次入住多倫多酒店，體驗感非常棒！設施一流！衞生非常乾淨整潔、服務態度極贊，特別是前台服務很給力，衣服放在洗衣房，出門回來衣服就洗好烘乾可以穿👍👍👍

酒店前台服務一般，辦理入住比較慢，房間寬敞乾淨，早餐還可以，停車很方便，接待中心院子比較大，早晨跑步鍛鍊比較好！

到餘乾的時候已經很晚了，找來找去只有這家漢庭看起來還可以。入住整體感受不錯，酒店裝修很新，並沒有那種在縣城被整的臟兮兮的感覺。這點特別好評。 由於是新酒店，所以設施啥的也都很好，早餐的炒粉也不錯，值得推薦！

房間真的挺好的，也挺大的，就是空調開着開着會自己關，那麼熱的天受不了啊，還有就是浴室的毛巾看着臟臟的（估計時間長了，該換還得還）不過還好有一次性毛巾，酒店燈光比較明亮，不像其他酒店昏昏暗暗的，需要吐槽的是那個盥洗池，水龍頭很短，洗漱接水要特別靠邊，池子也特別淺，水各種濺出來……衣物都被打濕了，周邊挺熱鬧的，但是不吵，整體而言不錯
