Let me elaborate: About the Service: Lina at the front desk checked me in quickly, proactively informed me of the hotel's newness, and thoughtfully explained the free minibar policy (which was crucial; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have even opened the refrigerator). This perk was a godsend, and I felt incredibly happy saving a small fortune. · About the Room: As a new hotel, its biggest advantage is its ”newness.” The room was odorless, and the decor was modern and minimalist, looking clean and fresh. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hardware and towels were all brand new. For this price, you get such new hardware, a free minibar, and warm, attentive service; it's an excellent value. It's an excellent choice for business travelers and those seeking a new experience. "I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."
