Our $3.5 million condo located on Peninsula Papagayo, is a large 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo (2,800 sq. ft) giving you access to Costa Rica's most exclusive neighborhood and arguably one of the most beautiful places on earth. Our condo is one of only 16 on the entire peninsula where houses start at $6million. The condo is located on the same property as the Four Seasons Costa Rica and our nightly price is usually 70% less than a Four Seasons villa or 3 bedroom suite. We are a little known secret that gives you the Four Seasons experience without having to pay any where near the Four Seasons prices. Our condo is great, but more importantly we have a team of people available for you in Costa Rica that we know will make your experience amazing. When staying with us you will have access to our full time concierge for anything you need, daily housekeeping and our tour guides can take you on some amazing day trips (additional fee for the tours). OUR CONDO Three great bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an awesome open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living area. The condo is maintained immaculately as we are neat freaks! The ocean and jungle views are amazing and we often feel like we could spend our entire vacation just sitting out on the giant balcony. Our condo has two Master Bedrooms with a King Size bed and a third custom bunk bed bedroom with two queen beds and four twin xl beds. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, air condition climate control and private balcony with amazing waterfront and jungle views. The open dining, living room and kitchen setup makes the condo amazing for entertaining and spending time with family. Kids and adults love our bumper pool / poker table for additional entertainment. The main outdoor patio is large with an outdoor kitchen, dining table and couch seating area. Our Condo has an Infinity edge cliff side pool and outdoor gazebo with a commercial BBQ grill and bar area. The pool area and bbq grill are cleaned daily. AMENITIES AND THINGS TO DO Once you arrive at Peninsula Papagayo you never need to leave as activities such as golf, electric mountain biking, gym, fishing, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, nature tours and numerous beaches are all available. We are members of the Peninsula Papagayo Club ($125,000 membership fee and $30,000 annual dues). For an additional fee of $75 per a day per a person if you go to Prieta beach club($150 a day during Christmas and New Years week per a person), we are able to offer our guests access to the members only Prieta Bay Beach club. The Prieta Bay Beach club is managed by the Four Seasons and offers five star service with two great restaurants, day beds and chaise lounges on the beach or by the pool, two giant pools, a private workspace and a private gym. Four Seasons hotel guests do not have access to Prieta Bay Beach club unless they rent a Four Season villa, which ranges between $5,000 to $15,000 a night. In our opinion the The Prieta Bay Beach Club is nicer than the Four Seasons Hotel beach, which is probably why its only available for villa owners and members. We highly recommend you plan on spending a few days at Prieta Bay Beach club. The golf course called the "Ocean Course" is the nicest course in Costa Rica and a challenging and fun course surrounded by ocean, bay and jungle views. The golf course is only open to guest of Members and the rate to play 18 ranges between $175 to $240 depending on the time of the year. There are more than 12 restaurants on the peninsula located in the Four Seasons hotel, exclusive resort and Andaz hotel properties. You have access to all of the restaurants on the Peninsula and our concierge can help you with reservations and the scheduling of a private chef to cook for you at the condo. A golf cart is highly recommended as the method of transportation around the Peninsula. We have lithium ion four seater golf carts available to rent for $90 a day or two for $160 a day. You do not need a car. We can help arrange your round trip airport transportation. On your way from the airport the driver will take you to the local grocery store or Pricesmart (like Costco) to get everything you need for your trip. There are lots of amazing excursions located under one hour away and we can recommend some great tours with professional tour guides and transportation. In condo or on beach massages are available. The entire peninsula is incredibly safe as Peninsula Papagayo is a gated community with 24 hour security. Our condo is further located in a gated section. It is rare for people to even lock their doors on the peninsula and crime is not a concern unlike other some other cities in Costa Rica.
