"It was an excellent experience. I live in Cuba and I recognize the effort made by all Hotel workers to maintain a level of service capable of satisfying the most demanding of clients. In general I felt very good. Only one element that I didn't like was the harassment of Cuban fighters in the beach area. This element is very unpleasant and sows insecurity in the Hotel's clients."
