"It was an excellent experience. I live in Cuba and I recognize the effort made by all Hotel workers to maintain a level of service capable of satisfying the most demanding of clients. In general I felt very good.
Only one element that I didn't like was the harassment of Cuban fighters in the beach area. This element is very unpleasant and sows insecurity in the Hotel's clients."

"Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Such wonderful and friendly staff. I has to get up early the next morning for my bus and the staff made sure I was ok and gave me a little gift box of water and a sandwich for my travels. Beautiful hotel and amazing food. Definitely recommend whilst staying in Trinidad"
