"Lovely hotel for a couple nights stay. Really nice staff! The room was great for the price and very clean. The pool was lovely to relax at with nice sun-beds and a restaurant to order from."
"The room was large, very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The people here were very nice. We planned to go to a restaurant to eat. We found the door to help us take a taxi. He looked at the restaurant address and said that it may not be open yet. I asked a colleague to help call the restaurant to confirm. It was really enthusiastic.
The hotel facilities are also very complete, although I did not go swimming, but the pool is awesome.
The only downside is the location, maybe the resort hotel, the location is a bit biased."
"Very good stay in the hotel! The receptionists are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are large and clean. There is a free safe in the room. The well-stocked breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A gym with a few machines open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an indoor pool, in addition to the outdoor pool. Very pleasant stay."
"This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.
Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)"
"Pros
- The room was recently renovated, clean
- The shower was excellent
- The hotel was quiet
- The pool area was alright, clean
- The breakfast was fairly tasty
- We had no problem finding parking after coming and going
Cons
- The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees.
- Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt.
- The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night"
"The location is very good, shopping, life, scenery are great! Recommended! Chinese people can contact the local number ********,! There will be no obstacles in language communication!"
"The room is large, there is a kitchen balcony, the necessary supplies are quite good, you can see that you have ulterior motives. But at 11 o'clock in the morning, I wanted to put my luggage over. There was no one at the front desk and I called. When I checked out, I wanted to leave my luggage. I was also told that no one was at the front desk after 3 pm and I couldn't pick up my luggage. It was very inconvenient. Friends with luggage storage were not recommended to choose. The room has a little taste and I don't like it very much."
"Apartments in the old city. With a pool on the roof. Problems with plumbing . If it is not a problem for you, you can stop in them. To Marina 10 minutes in a rush. Staff welcome"
"I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel Limassol and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was a very stylish and modern design, and the atmosphere felt both vibrant and welcoming. My room was small but comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.
The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, right by the seafront, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from.
However, I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I can hear so much noise. They should have made the room with better soundproofing. Overall, I’d recommend the NYX Hotel Limassol to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay again."
"A beautiful old building that was modernised but kept most of its original features.
Comfy bed and no noise from outside.
Near the shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the seafront.
I will definitely book this again."
