"Unfortunately, I was just on the journey and therefore I couldn't use the spa, yet I slept well and had to go very early. So I had no chance to try breakfast, check-in was quick and pleasant. Afterwards, you had to pay a court tax or guest tax as you call it. I can't say anything negative about the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, it fulfilled its purpose."

"Für meine Zwecke war das Hotel recht praktisch gelegen, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es nicht sehr bequem zu erreichen.Daa Zimmer war unnötig groß (entsprechend leer), der Teppichboden verdient Erneuerung. Auf den Sonderwunsch Nichtraucherzimmer wurde eingegangen, die ruhige Lage war durch schreiende Kinder im Zimmer genau gegenüber leider nicht gegeben. Auf meine Anfragen dazu wurde im Vorfeld nur sehrunbestimmt reagier. Der Check-in Zeitraum ist sehr eingegrenzt und zunächst war auch bei meiner Anreise niemand erreichbar. Die Betreiberin kam dann aber, als ich sie erreicht habe, sehr schnell ”herüber”. Ohne Begrüßung und etwas abweisend/lieblos erledigte sie den Check-in, wollte mir dann irgendwelche Dreifach -Buchung, angeblich auf meinen Namen, zuordnen, was mit meiner Buchung nichts zu tun hatte. Diese Aussagen nahm sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt zurück. Vor allem Freundlichkeit ließ sie wirklich vermissen, auch beim Auschecken. Das ist schade, denn das Wohlfühlen hängt auch vom Personal ab. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis stimmt für mich nicht. Zur Not kann man dort übernachten, aber wie der Name sagt: Sleep and GO. Es gibt bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Magdeburg."
