"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional (except that we saw one or two members of staff eating behind the reception on more than one occasion, which is not professional). The hotel itself is very modern and very clean, but the claim on the hotel website that each room has air condition is not true. The rooms have a heating and cooling system, but the cooling system is not air conditioning and does not let out cool air in the winter and spring. The problem is that, due to climate change, March is much warmer than it used to be. If you are staying in one of the lovely 4th floor suites and the sun is shining, the temperature can easily reach the mid-20s and the room retains that warmth at night. This morning, it was 25 Celsius in our room, and over the coming days it will be much warmer. In a few more weeks, it will be uncomfortably warm without air conditioning or a functioning cooling system. Regardless of where you are in the world, air conditioning is air conditioning. It has no other name. The words air conditioning should not appear on the hotel website. It is misleading. Despite this issue, we had an enjoyable stay and we can recommend the hotel and the staff."

"Felt was the biggest surprise of this trip. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know that this was the Millennium Ancient City, and it coincided with the first day of the Harvest Festival. The hotel is located five or six minutes walk from the city center and has a paid parking lot. The front desk was very welcoming, introduced us to the festival and suggested that we participate. The room is very new and has windows. But if you want to open the window, you need to sign a risk-taking agreement. The breakfast was very rich, and most of the local German tourists or nearby residents came to eat. Ten kilometers drive from Nuremberg, but the price is much lower than Nuremberg. It is very convenient to set this hotel by car."

"Super beautiful hotel with total friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet has everything the heart wants. The wellness area is smaller, but absolutely sufficient and was very clean at any time. We come more than liked again :)"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station and also the mall which is located right behind the hotel. The service of the staffs were very good too especially the front desk manager Johanna was very helpful. She allowed us to check-in early and her service attitude was really amazing. The breakfast at the hotel is just normal, not many varieties of dishes but good enough for a quick breakfast and get to work. the size of the room is normal."

"There is a balcony, you can breathe, this neighborhood is quiet and good. There is a washing machine on each floor for free use, with laundry detergent, the weather in Germany is quite dry, and the clothes will dry the next night. No breakfast is provided but instant noodles are sold."

"As a 4-star hotel, I am very disappointed that the hotel has no system and the system is messy. It was almost 12:30 in the evening when we arrived. When we checked in, they said there was no room for us. We had already confirmed the room and paid the money. The front desk clerk just said sorry. I asked to see the manager, but she said the manager was asleep. I couldn't believe it! By then we were waiting until almost 1:15, and we ladies had not been able to find another house even at this late hour. We booked the room through Xicheng. Their after-sales service was first-rate and impressed me. Although we were anxious, their employee Leon responded immediately and was always there to help. The problem was solved and we ended up staying in another hotel. We will never book a Mercure hotel again."
