"The hotel is nicely and centrally located, basic needs are within reach of under 5 min walk. The room, however, is too poorly equipped - no telephone, no slippers, no safebox, etc. The staff's attitude was not so friendly also, I did not feel welcomed and would rather just check myself in with the machine they have near the front door. All in all, it was a nice stay but I still think they could do better even just for the cheapest rooms."
"I didn't arrive in Halle until late in the evening. There is a tram that runs every 20 minutes from the main station to the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit outside the city center, but the location is OK - and the hotel even offers a free public transport ticket.
Due to a technical defect, I couldn't stay in the hotel itself, so I could only rate my general impression of the lobby in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The service was absolutely outstanding - very friendly and helpful. In my case, an alternative hotel had already been booked, I was told how to get there and the staff were very friendly and courteous."
"The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable."
"Functional modern clean hotel with somewhat small rooms equipped with the necessities. There is no minibar or telephone. Within walking distance from the train station. Good breakfast. Ideal for a two night stay. The center of Halle is also not far."
"Lage: Ausgezeichnet / Sauberkeit: Ausgezeichnet / Service: Ausgezeichnet / Ausstattung: Ausgezeichnet / Frühstück: Ausgezeichnet
Ich bin ein echter Norddeutschland und liebe echten Fisch! Mach weiter so !"
"The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended"
"This is a hotel with a friendly desk and a great location. I think it's a good place to stay in Halle. Even if it's not up to date or modern, it has neat facilities. If you have a heavy carrier, you have to go through the stairs when you walk from the central station, so it looks good to turn around and climb the tram track."

"The electricity supply fell three times at night when I mean, I wanted to make water cookers. The lights were out, the frigo was out, the PC was the only device I used. There is no foen or microwave? Also, the pension network system did not work at my check-in and I paid the fee in cash for one night even though the travel website had already cashed it. Raetcelled?"
