Very comfortable room. Ideal for a stop over as it is so near the A2 motorway. they did not serve evening meals but breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Quiet location. Parking available. Wifi worked well.

The furniture floor is old and the beds are sanitary. Generally speaking, it may be because of the exhibition. The high price of the two days we stayed in does not meet the hardware and software level of the hotel itself. The surrounding environment is good, it is more suitable for tourists to go shopping The price includes breakfast, but breakfast is average, typical German bread, ham, etc., there are fewer types to choose from.

Die größte Stärke des Hauses ist sein Personal. Ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück: alle sind aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und im Service nie um ein freundliches Wort verlegen. Manches vermisst man erst, wenn es nicht da ist: Beispielsweise eine Broschüre, die über die (durchaus beeindruckende) Ausstattung des Hauses, Sauna, Fitness und Essenszeiten im Restaurant informiert. Stattdessen erfahre ich auf einem zweisprachig bedruckten A4-Zettel , dass mein Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt wird. Mein geräumiges Apartment verfügt über 2 Zimmer, ein Bad und eine separate Toilette. Der Schrank bietet Stauraum für kurze Aufenthalte, für ein Doppelzimmer ist er unterdimensioniert. Zahlreiche Schreibtischschubladen in beiden Zimmern sorgen für Ausgleich. Das Kopfteil des Betts ist mit scharfkantigen Metallquadraten verziert. Beim einfachen Zurechtrücken des Kopfkissens reiße ich mir einen Fingernagel schmerzhaft ein. Das Housekeeping ist informiert. Die in die Jahre gekommenen TV-Geräte liefern ein überraschend gutes DVBT-Bild, inklusive Radiosender und Sleeptimer. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über 2 Waschbecken, aber wenig Ablagefläche. Die Lüftung scheint nicht zu funktionieren, und wurde während meines Aufenthalts, trotz Hinweis, nicht repariert. Feuchtigkeit und Gerüche gelangen mittels des zwei Finger hohen Spalts unter der Tür schnell in den Rest des Appartements. Am ersten Abend nutze ich das Buffet im Restaurant Viva mit umfangreicher Salatbar, inklusive Kartoffelsalat, Kichererbsen und vielem mehr. Die warmen Speisen sind Fleischspieße mit einer Art vorgeformten gebratenem Schweinemett, oder Pangasiusfilet, sowie Sättigungsbeilagen. Die Qualität kommt leider nicht über gutes Kantinenniveau hinaus. Hinweise im Hotel gibt es keine, aber die Rezeption weist den Weg: Das Frühstück wird, je nach Auslastung des Hauses, entweder im Restaurant Viva, oder in einen anderen Gebäude, im Restaurant Maximilian's, serviert. Das Serviceteam ist auch hier freundlich. Alle Beläge sind sorgfältig entnahmefertig gerollt. Es gibt Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten, aber auch Smoothies.

The hotel is more than in need of renovation! Stained carpets everywhere, cracks in the walls, stains on the wall paint from...you don't want to know. Most of the rooms are still smoking rooms, even in some non-smoking rooms there is an unpleasant smell of cold smoke. The cleaning staff generally do a good job, but cannot change the building structure. Where many hotels have used the Corona period for renovations, this house has probably slept. Only a small ray of hope is the standard breakfast. I was staying here with a few others during a trade fair... due to the proximity to the exhibition center it was ok, but at a price of around 150 euros/night/single room I would have expected more (compared to other hotels in Hanover that I know at the time of the trade fair and which currently cost around 170 euros/night/single room).

We celebrated our wedding at the Parkhotel Bilm im Glück in July 2021 and were very happy with our choice! Right from the start, Mr. Hatesuer gave us very good advice and supported us in the planning. Since he has already accompanied many weddings, he was able to advise us very competently on all questions. We particularly liked the fact that he told us very clearly and honestly what he would recommend and what he would not recommend - but at the same time was open to our wishes. That certainly saved us from making a few faux pas ;-) We also liked the advice regarding the food and wine as well as the opportunity to taste everything with friends beforehand in a test meal. We then decided on the ”all inclusive” package and did not regret this choice either. The package really included almost everything we needed for the wedding (wedding cake, floral decorations, DJ, etc.). When you look at the cooperation partners (e.g. wedding cake via Cafe Mönikes), you can see that real attention was paid to good quality here. The wedding itself, including the outdoor ceremony in the hotel park, was well planned. Since almost everything was organized by the hotel, the bride and groom didn't have to worry about anything and could enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. Our guests were also delighted with the location, the ambience and the food. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable for us. We will definitely come back again for one of our wedding anniversaries ;-)

Pleasant hotel. Sort of American motel style with rooms accessed from the outside. They have rooms facing the car park and the garden. Also have rooms in the loft. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Large bathroom with hot water shower with good pressure. Front desk was pleasant and order taxis for us. Breakfast was good. Selection of cheeses and cold cuts of meat with breads. Yogurts and cereal. Good teas and coffees. The Spanish restaurant next to the hotel was very good. Large selection of Spanish tapas and full meals. We would stay again.
