Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenend Arrangement gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich im Hotel empfangen und die Wartezeit auf unser Zimmer wurde bei einem Kaffee mit einigen Tipps aus dem Service gut überbrückt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück war top, es fehlte an nichts. Die beiden Abendessen (3-Gang Menü und 4-Gang-Candle-Light Dinner) waren ausgezeichnet. .Loben möchte ich ausrücklich das äußerst freundliche und hilfreiche Personal. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Der Wellnessbereich im Keller hat 3 Saunen die ab 16 Uhr genutzt werden können. Die Anzahl der Ruheliegen ist ein wenig begrenzt. Als Aktivitäten sollte man die Attahöhlen besichtigen und eine Wanderung zum Biggesee unternehmen. Bei guter Sicht empfiehlt sich der Weg über den Aussichtspunkt (Skywalk).

A great city centre from outside, a 90s disaster from inside. The staff was friendly and effortless, but for a house with this classification nothing was fit except the outer appearance. The comfort room should cost 144 euros with breakfast. Yes a castle is old and if restored furniture had been used in the last century, then it would have been a great event time. Unfortunately it was different. Old and unpleasant. After that we asked for an upgrade and it would propose to us a room for 220 euros. Until it was finished for the reference we went to drink coffee. We stayed in the castle cafe on the terrace and wondered that there was no one here except us in the coffee on a beautiful Saturday. Can happen who knows. Then we fell into the expensive room and we almost fell, but larger but equal style that doesn't fit to a well-renoved facility, and again dirty and unpleasant. We thought 5 minutes and then decided to leave. No matter the price of the more offers would have to be than unrenovated 90 style, we didn't feel well. We can't say anything about the restaurant and breakfast, but our personal opinions did not expect anything good for food and drink, but that is only our assessment and no experience.
