"Have stayed here for one-night since I need to catch an early flight at Frankfurt Airport. There is a shuttle bus service from Airport T1 to the hotel door which somehow it was not advertised on the hotel website. According to the hotel website it says there is no shuttle service. The journey to the hotel is free of charge however departure from the hotel costs 5 Euros per person. The room is tidy and air-con is functionable. There is a smart TV and you can link your mobile device for Netflix/Youtube. Unfortunately the TV in my room is broken."

"The room is not big but ok. There is no kettle but one bottle of mineral water provided, it is fine. Free shuttle bus is great. Online check-in and check-out is quick and convience. Overall speaking it is good. Next time I will still choose it to stay for one night in order to catch the flight in the morining."

"Overall a really good experience, would Satya here again before a flights! The room was very warm due to the weather and the AC would only cool down to 25C which was still hot! Complimentary bottle of water and coffee, as well as a complimentary coffee before the shuttle at 0500. Complimentary WiFi, decent and easy to login to it. Restaurant good value with outdoor seating in a central quadrangle The bed was massive and very comfortable, although the pillows weren't great, even though there was a pair of big ones and a pair of thin ones. Shower was really good 25 euro per day parking, stopping for a short while to drop stuff off (the desk staff said two hours) was free Complimentary airport shuttle - easy and quick!"

"The hotel is very new, opened just 2 weeks, they don't have everything what you need but if the receptionist tell you something what they will do and after nearly 3 hours nothing happened, this is not too except with the just opening. But the stuff was very friendly also if it's was not fast working."

"The hotel room is very clean and equipped with free drinking water. It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle bus for pick-up. The service staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is recommended to stay."

"Overall it's quite good, mainly because it's cost-effective. It's the cheapest hotel among all the surrounding hotels. The only bad thing is that the waiters all look like Syrian refugees, and their service attitude is average. They even knocked on the door one by one in the morning. Asking what time to check out is not a good idea."

"The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment is not in line with the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the room and offer free water - that was not offered here. It was particularly annoying that the pipe water had tasted strongly to iron and therefore was unsageable. I'll probably use other alternatives next time."

"I'm not used to traveling alone and was quite apprehensive about the accommodations. My layover was 12 hours over night. I emailed the hotel a few times and their prompt response put me at ease. When I got there, the girl at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming and made me relaxed and very happy I booked with My Cloud, rather than leaving the airport, which I was unsure of. It was the best stay! The room was minimal, but was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing, restful stop. I have to say that when I checked out in the morning, the guy at the reception desk was not as nice as the girl who checked me in; she was absolutely exceptional! He, on the other hand, hardly spoke to me and didn't help when I tried to figure out the water dispenser. However, it didn't spoil my impression of the place, since the first person I encountered was so sweet and kind. I wish I knew her name..."
