It was unfortunately not behind because of the high demand. However, she was very friendly, effortless and one of the best staff in the hotel. Why let them work with a trained button is a mystery for me. Wellness: The area is very beautiful in itself and I was very positively surprised, Because of our own very negative experience, I would dismiss us to visit the pool area with young children, because our experience is not desirable for children to stay in the pool in normal child volume and it is noted immediately be quiet. The other guests in the pool could not understand why we were noticed and have just shaken their head. The rooms and bathrooms are as new. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was unsatisfactory, with limescale deposits in the shower under the toilet, and a slight smell of urine in the air. I got 89 euros at the reception for 67 euros through the app, which is related to my high standards. In addition, there is a breakfast that should be charged 15 euros. I personally think that these two breakfasts are too much. Personally, I will go on a business trip and sleep here again, but privately, I may not necessarily spend my vacation there.

Good store. Beautiful hotel. Clean. There are also parking places outside the door but you can see little.

This is a very nice hotel on the outskirts of Kiel very comfortable room with very large bed.We stayed here on route to sweden and it was a perfect place to stay.It has a very nice restuarant although we found the prices a little on the high side.The shops we found were about ten minutes drive.Nice views from bar and restuarant would stay here again.

A great clean hotel. Personal very friendly. Which was 2 nights there, had rooms on the port side. Something loud when windows open. The view but a dream would choose the room again. Very good w lan

The hotel is well located, directly at the Hbf and still quiet (at least the rooms to the water), the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel has already come into the years, what you look at the room facility now (flicked tape, traces of use on the furniture, shower wall was once clear glass, you can see before loud calc and other deposits The cleanliness is superficially OK, in more precise terms, it looks different. The kittens are partly flaxy, the lower part of the toilet actually found down and now dry rests of previous guests' leaves, the carpet is also sucked quite grossly independently of the spots. Unfortunately, this has left a so sustainable impression that, especially in view of the price, no more than 2 points are given.

It's really dirty here in parts. I was here for a few days, then it took a break and then I came back. The urine stains were still on the toilet when I came back. When I wanted to complain, they were gone. BUT the fluff that I placed specifically so that it would catch your eye (large) has been on the floor for over a week. Ugh! There's also dirt on the toilet door. What bothers me most is that it's so loud here. You can't get any peace and quiet in this hotel. The doors slam shut very loudly. The staff talk very loudly in the courtyard. And tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. it will be really loud. The clinking of dishes like in a commercial kitchen. Tables and chairs are going crazy and you can hear the squeaking everywhere. I haven't been able to sleep in once. I'm totally irritable. The noise here is really terrible. And the WiFi keeps breaking. There's no love in the work here. Everything seems very cold... even though the staff are very nice. In case of emergency before you end up on the street, OK, but I wouldn't do it again voluntarily. Oh yes, and the showers were very rarely cleaned. I'm disappointed.

The receptionists are a little cold, but if you overlook that the place was good. The room was very comfortable very modern, which was great after staying at very old authentic places prior. We went up stairs to the bar for drinks one night which had great views and the breakfast the next morning was very good. We only stayed the one night as we caught a cruise the next day which very conveniently had a pick up out front. Would stay again.
