"Usually Crowne Plaza is quite a bit more modern and updated. Staff seems inexperienced and not trained for 4+ stars, somewhat rude and takes very long to check in… Rooms are size wise good, bathroom on the old side but clean. Overall I would recommend staying in Dusseldorf itself, as this is quite far for a city visit traveller."
