"We didn't recieved any verification code about the key, we try to call the number posted but not working, we try to call the other number that shows in front of the hotel but it took time for them for answering the phone. We waited 30 minutes outside the hotel, freezing.. Quite disappointed because we're so tired with our 24 hrs flight from Philippines.. 😭😭😭"

"Excellent B&B located in the outskirts of Passau. It is not a pedestrian distance from the center. It is equipped with a large parking. The quality/price ratio is very high. The check-in procedure is very fast. No key or card is delivered, as room doors are equipped with a numerical keyboard, so the vhrvk-in is provided with room number and 5-digit code to open the door. The check-out is very fast and in the case of prepayment, it is not even necessary to do so. The rooms are not very spacious but are equipped with everything you need (retro, table, quite large TV). The bathroom has everything necessary, including a very comfortable shower cabin. Excellent cleaning. Breakfast is quite expensive (EUR 10,50/persona) so we didn't try it by preferring one of the many cakes in the center. In short, a great experience: hotel certainly recommended."

"The location of the hotel has not been said, five minutes walk from the central railway station, the main street in the city center, and an Asian supermarket next to it. There is a family room, and three people live in a suitable place."

"We booked and paid for two twin rooms via trip.com. On site, the lady at reception could only find a booking for one or four-bed rooms. After showing the booking email, which clearly showed that we had booked two twin rooms, the lady at reception was extremely reluctant to select two twin rooms for us. There are obviously major problems with the access system to the rooms. As we were standing at reception, a guest came and said that the card for the room was not working. When we wanted to check into our room, our card for the room was not working either."

The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone. I know this hotel a few years ago and was then a very good hotel with excellent breakfast ... would no longer be"
